Sweeping architectural curves enabled by lightweight steel frames
Jardon Redstone
A landmark community facility designed by ClarkeHopkinsClarke with an expressive form fit for a vibrant social and recreational hub.
Expressive and efficient
Precision-engineered to stand out
The curved walls, feature bulkheads and intricate roof forms that set Jardon Club apart from the wider Redstone development, would be hard to achieve using traditional building methods. But lightweight steel frames made this complex geometry easy.
Designed and prefabricated off-site, CMG Frames delivered the lightweight steel ready to install with the precision critical for bringing the architect’s vision to life.
Striking. Strong. Contemporary. Consistent.
The project demanded a high level of coordination between design and construction teams, with digital modelling and prefabrication ensuring accuracy across every component. Lightweight steel provided both the flexibility and strength required to maintain design intent while supporting efficient installation on site.
The result is a striking, contemporary facility where structural innovation underpins architectural expression—demonstrating how advanced framing systems can bring ambitious design features to life with precision and consistency.
