The Pavilions Blackburn Lake project required a considered approach to ensure the upper-level framing remained efficient, accurate, and structurally sound while minimising additional load on the building below.
Drawing on our experience in façade and modular framing systems, we implemented lightweight construction methods that streamlined installation and improved overall build efficiency.
