Augusta Apartments is a Multi- Residential development consisting of 11 luxury apartments in the sought after leafy suburb of Kew, Melbourne Victoria.
CMG Frames provided design solutions for the load bearing and non- load bearing walls, fire proofing for each apartment and the truss designs to ensure a functional roof truss system achieved the architectural intent while still conforming to all pluming and mechanical service requirements.
The Top level CMG Frames were installed by Bolt Blue Constructions, who CMG Frames have partnered up with on many prior projects.
