The recent redevelopment of Whitehorse Performing Arts Centre in Nunawading emphasises modern architecture and sustainability. At its core is the innovative Lightweight Steel Façade by CMG Frames, crafted using Truecore steel. This transformation revitalises the cultural landscape, with sustainability as a guiding principle.

CMG Frames designed, engineered and supplied top-level lightgauge steel trusses and facade frames made from Truecore Steel for Victoria’s Big Build strategy New Street Brighton apartments.

CMG Frames designed and engineered the top-level lightgauge steel framing, including the load bearing walls, roof trusses and canopy frames made from Truecore Steel, forming the architectural lines. Designed by VIA Architects.

Custom Lightweight steel façade frames using Trurecoresteel were designed using state of the art 3D software to guarantee the installation would be seamless and efficient.

The Principal North Melbourne is a 12-storey luxury apartment development completed by Hacer Group in 2019.

This stylish mixed- use development comprises of 16 generously sized luxury apartments over 3 floors, and a ground floor retail space. CMG Frames detailed, manufactured and supplied the top level frame including the Internal and external walls, roof trusses and the surrounding balcony balustrade frames.

Our lightweight steel frames were designed as a cost- effective solution to the structural steel originally specified and provided a nice clean, straight substrate for the feature façade elements.

The Victoria Police Centre project show cased the speed and accuracy of modulated building and prefabrication.

Westside place will be Melbourne’s largest Residential CBD development consisting of over 2,500 apartments. CMG frames manufactured Prefabricated Commercial planter boxes to add a taste of nature for the residents who can access the gardens on level 5-10.

The lightweight steel frames were designed and engineered to be used as a support frame for the façade feature bluestone pavers and steel sheeting.
