Carrum Station

The Level crossing removal project will build 12 new stations on the Frankston Line, including the Carrum station, where level crossing congestion has frustrated local businesses and residence for many years. Reducing interruptions to public transport means the timelines are compressed and achieving critical progress dates are essential in the success of the project.

Working with the Casello Group, CMG Frames designed prefabricated frame sections that were pre- clad and lifting into place to conceal the services on the underside of the overpass saving crucial time on site.

With a modern new elevated Station surrounded by four new community spaces with thoughtful landscaping and native flora, the new Carrum station will make it easier and safer to use public transport local drawcards like the Carrum Beach.
