Initially designed with concrete inter- tenancy walls CMG Frames and VITA Building group with with the project engineers and re- designed the construction method using lightweight steel frames and structural steel to achieve the architectural intent and save considerable time and money.
The Fire rated inter- tenancy walls spanned 3 levels and were seamlessly integrated into the floor joist and roof truss design resulting in a great outcome for the client.
Installed by JNC Carpentry the installation process was quick and yielded fantastic results.
